DCA is a leading database management and software development company committed to delivering reliable data solutions and services. Our Melbourne Contact Centre provides quality customer service and product support to the general public on behalf of several high-profile retail and corporate clients.

Exciting growth sees the need for highly motivated Customer Service Operator to provide reliable and quality focused inbound support to our various existing clients.

The majority of activity and relationship building is performed over the phone and would suit candidates with experience in customer support role, including inbound phone calls, responding to email enquiries as well and liaising with the project team.

Ideal applicants will possess strong attention to detail, genuine interest in working with data and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar customer service role is mandatory.

We are looking for keen, responsible and bright individual who can grow with our organisation. An immediate start is available. Tertiary qualifications, whilst preferred, are not essential for the right person.
