Our Melbourne Contact Centre provides quality customer service and product support to the general public on behalf of several high-profile retail and corporate clients.

Exciting growth sees the need for highly motivated Customer Service Operators to provide reliable and quality focused inbound support to a number of our existing clients.

The majority of activity and relationship building is performed over the phone and would suit candidates with experience in customer support roles including, inbound phone calls, processing, responding to email enquiries as well and liaising with the project team.

Ideal applicants enjoy working with data, requiring strong attention-to-detail skills, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in a customer-contact role will be advantageous.

We are looking for keen, responsible and bright individuals who can grow with our organisation. An immediate start is available. Tertiary qualification, whilst preferred, is not essential for the right person.
