ResearchMaster, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Database Consultants Australia (DCA), is Australasia’s largest provider of innovative research management software solutions and services.

We currently require experienced Implementation Consultants to assist with the delivery of client projects within Australia and New Zealand.

Key deliverables include:

  • Understand and assess clients’ current work practices and systems, identifying areas of deficiency and inefficiency and to make appropriate recommendations for the implementation of the RME software solution.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the RME software application.
  • Achieve targets in terms of project deliverables and productivity.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients in all tasks comprising an RME software implementation in an accurate, timely and professional manner
  • Undertake the scoping, design, building and testing of RME eForms and Workflows.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods.
  • Develop training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids and reference works.
  • Conduct RME training sessions in various settings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and testing support to new and existing RME software functionality.

Proven experience with large software implementation projects will support your success in this role.
