ResearchMaster is pleased to announce that after passing the annual external audit, ISO 9001:2008 accreditation has been renewed.
Overseen by the International Organisation for Standardisation, ISO 9001:2008 sets out the criteria for a quality management system, and includes the principles of strong customer focus, a process approach and the motivation for continual improvement to ensure clients are delivered consistent, good quality products and services. Regular monitoring and re-certification is conducted to provide independent confirmation that these requirements are met.
Certified since 1999, and holding a 15 year Silver Award, ResearchMaster proudly continues to produce superior products and services to achieve and maintain this quality assurance certification.
