DCA Recognised as Finalist in the 2019 Parking Industry Awards
Database Consultants Australia (DCA) has been recognised as a finalist in the category of Excellence in Technology and Innovation – On STREET for Digitising Brisbane’s Permits in the 2019 Parking Industry Awards.
As the country’s largest local government area, BCC was processing many thousands of permits a year with a cumbersome manual process. BCC had a paper-based solution for residential parking permit applications. The goal was to introduce a digital parking permit system to replace the existing paper-based system and improve the application process for the community. DCA, in partnership with BCC delivered an enterprise grade digital permit solution inclusive of a client and public facing portal.
