Client Requirements

A primary tenet of AWLQ is the “Getting to Zero” model, where no healthy, social, treatable animal is euthanized. To achieve this goal, AWLQ needed a solution providing a clear picture of their donor and shelter data. Any solution had to:

Act as a single source of truth for multiple stakeholders
Combine data from as many of the 4 existing systems as possible (Shelterbuddy, Cornerstone, ThankQ, Everydayhero, Mailchimp)
Cleanse, de-dupe, and standardise all entries needed to run fundraising campaigns and gather analytics
