CARE Australia Income Modelling & Deceased Register

CARE Australia is a leading international aid organisation that has worked around the globe to save lives and defeat poverty for 75 years. The CARE network includes 21 federation members working in 104 countries, helping 2.7 million people across 25 countries in 2020.

The CARE Australia team approached DCA following their successful completion of CARE’s data migration to review their most valuable supporters and identify more effective ways to identify, understand, and communicate with this cohort. CARE Australia needed to improve personalisation and foster long-term engagement, supporting the potential for increased gifts.
