DCA chosen to provide an integrated Loyalty System for Home Timber & Hardware Group
Database Consultants Australia has developed and is now hosting the Loyalty marketing solutions for Home Timber & Hardware Group, as well as support services for point of sale processing and database management.
Home Timber & Hardware Group (HTHG), a division of Woolworths Limited made up of retail brands Home Timber & Hardware, Thrifty-Link Hardware and Plants Plus, has chosen DCA to supply and manage an integrated loyalty system across the three brands. As part of the three-year program, DCA will provide an end-to-end loyalty solution combining data collection, point of sale integration and business process outsourcing services (card, record and data management), as well as hosting the application.
According to Ann Sanfey, Loyalty Manager for HTHG:
“We required a sophisticated but user-friendly loyalty system that offered a full circle of service to our customers, our stores and head office personell. DCA was well positioned to meet our brief given their deep skills across data management and application development, with the added benefit of an in-house data driven marketing agency to meet our ongoing strategic and day to day tactical needs.”
As part of the deal, HTHG has also engaged DCA in the assistance of running database campaigns across the three brands, providing advice on content, delivery, frequency, audience strategy and more.
Furthermore, Andrew White, General Manager of DCA’s Data Services division explains:
“Our experience with integrated solutions allowed us to develop an ideal loyalty system that incorporates data marketing consulting services. As such a solution that not only takes care of data capture and the back-end services, but also tracks the data, allowing for critical business reports that give deep insights into HTHG’s loyalty customers including a single customer view of their point-of-sale transactional activity. ”
Home Timber & Hardware Group is the home of quality hardware and expert advice, proudly servicing tradies and home renovators alike from a network of over 500 sites under its main retail brands – Home Timber & Hardware, Thrifty-Link Hardware and Plants Plus.
