DCA’s proud to support Mitre 10 as an Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards finalist for 2025!

Every year the Australian Loyalty Association (ALA) runs the Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards to celebrate excellence, innovation and best practice in the loyalty industry across our region.

This year, Mighty Rewards, the loyalty program run by Mitre 10 and supported by DCA, has been voted a finalist in the category of Best Overall Loyalty Program — Retail.

The Mighty Rewards program and its predecessors have long operated in partnership with DCA’s loyalty data management services. The roots of this loyalty program have grown from DCA’s earliest engagement with Home Timber & Hardware, over a decade ago.

DCA has crafted a bespoke loyalty system that includes a fully hosted database providing a single customer view of every loyalty member to support the delivery of new customer insights, robust reporting, tailored segmentation, automated multi-channel marketing and high-impact personalisation to uplift an existing strong communications strategy.

The DCA team is delighted to congratulate Mitre 10 on its achievement.
