UnitingCare was working with four different donation databases operated in isolation by their 10 different brands. This meant that data was complex, inconsistent, and unstructured. With limited access to the data at the UnitingCare head office, they were spending an inordinate amount of time jumping between systems and processes just to process donations for each of their 10 brands.
