DCA and beyondblue collaborate on survey for the doctors’ Mental Health Program
DCA’s ongoing partnership with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) led to us being referred to beyondblue. Our experiences with AHPRA has involved the data migration project in 2009/10 across 14 health professions and continual support as the preferred database bureau/mail house for the monthly production of Renewals and Certificates of registration.
It was due to our extensive experience in direct marketing and the mailing industry, with particular expertise in the Health industry, that DCA was selected by beyondblue to assist in the production requirements of their National Mental Health Survey of Doctors and Medical students.
This survey is a world first and will offer an unprecedented insight into the mental health of Australia’s doctors and medical students and the best ways to support them.
DCA’s role in this landmark survey has been to:
- create the segmentation, mailing strategy and schedules for both the Pilot and Main Survey Questionnaire production requirements to approximately 50,000 medical practitioners and medical students achieving the most cost effective and timely outcomes across all production components and associated postage charges.
- perform data processing, cleansing, segmenting and formatting of the sensitive medical database always maintaining the recipient’s anonymity.
- manage the productions of all associated components and requirements for both the Pilot and Main Survey mailings.
