DCA successfully assists with DM campaign for Occupational Therapy Australia

DCA recently project managed the end-to-end coordination of the direct mailing campaign for Occupational Therapy Australia’s (OTA) upcoming 25th National Conference and Exhibition which include the Professional Development Events Calendar for the remainder of 2013. The calendar provided a range of ongoing events including face to face seminars, forums and workshops.

Occupational Therapy Australia’s national conference, which will be held in Adelaide lin July, will attract national and international keynote speakers and occupational therapy researchers.

DCA’s Data Services team managed OTA’s complete Direct Mail Marketing Channels program including:

  • In collaboration with Occupational Therapy Australia and other key stakeholders, DCA set the mailing strategy and schedules.
  • Performed data processing, validation, cleansing and de-duplication routines to the target database in preparation for the direct marketing campaign.
  • Coordinated the offset production of the colour two page seminar cover letter and the A3 duplex posters plus envelopes for the roll out of the direct marketing campaign.
  • Mail processing, folding, insertion & lodgement with Australia Post of all direct marketing material to target audience nationally to advertise and create awareness of the upcoming conference, exhibition and other ongoing events.
